The cap is screwed on by means of a pneumatic motor with torque adjustment.
This monoblock is able to fill viscous liquid products containing particles or fibers in suspension, even hot packaged (up to 100 ° C).
The product can be sucked directly from the preparation tank without any additional transfer pumps or can be loaded manually by the operator inside a hopper.
The feed hoppers are provided in different sizes and can also be integrated with mixing and / or heating systems.
