It is the ideal solution for automating the dosing and capping process with a lean, versatile and small system to start or improve the production process of one or more products.
The volumetric dosing machine is designed to handle dosing of both liquid and semi-dense or dense products with wide application in food and cosmetics.
The machine is equipped with a control panel with a dedicated touch screen through which it is possible to set the processing recipes, adjust the operating speed, activate the washing cycle and manage all the main functions.
The system can be made ready for interconnection to the company's computer system, an essential requirement for accessing the incentives provided for 4.0.
Designed to reduce overall dimensions to a minimum, it is also a modular solution as it can be realised both in the basic version, with the manual loading of the corks onto the conveyor belt by the operator, and in the full automatic version with the insertion of the rotating tables and the vibrating orientator for the corks to be fed to the line.
