MANUAL LABELLER FOR BENCH (cylindrical, square and shaped formats - 500 bottles/hour)

This new labeller is absolutely essential: the result we have obtained is a machine that in its simplicity is able to manage a cylindrical container with a diameter between 55 mm and 120 mm. The application of a back label is already provided as standard and is designed to also label PET containers or materials that are generally not very resistant. The insertion and locking of the bottle takes place by means of a sponge roller, which also activates the labeling cycle.

The stainless steel electrical panel at the top right, the machine adjustment menu accessible via the display, a new knurled roller opening / closing system, the self-learning container presence photocell.

Manual positioning on the standard machine to center the package with respect to an existing reference (brand on glass or spot on the capsule).

Possibility of labeling also square or shaped formats using the relative accessory.

Possibility of labeling even small cylindrical formats, with a diameter starting from 25 mm.

Possibility to also label hexagonal / octagonal jars with orientation.

Possibility of applying wrap-around or semi-wrap labels.

Possibility to install the marker for printing the production batch and / or expiration date.

Customizable machine: thanks to the modular design, each piece of equipment can be modified ad hoc to meet the specific needs of the customer, through the creation of special groups tailored to the individual order.

On request, it is possible to carry out a packaging test using the samples of bottles and labels provided by the customer, who can view the labeling results on their products via video or directly in person.

Our After-Sales and Technical Assistance department is able to assist the customer even remotely using the current video conferencing and remote desktop tools.

Our technical-commercial department is at the customer's disposal to support him also in the choice of materials (container and labels) and complementary equipment to the packaging process, thanks also to the experience acquired in over 40 years of activity in the packaging sector by of the owner and TDO manager.
