The nitrogen generators assembled on a metal frame are complete systems certified according to EC/97/23 PED regulations, designed to produce high-purity nitrogen using PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology. The gas generated complies with Directive 2000/63/EC, guaranteeing quality and safety for industrial, food, pharmaceutical and laboratory applications. Each unit incorporates a control PLC and an oil-free compressor, ensuring autonomous and continuous operation.

PSA technology is recognised as the most reliable for gas separation, ensuring operational stability, constant purity and low running costs. The ‘Fast Purity’ system allows the set purity to be reached quickly after start-up, while the integrated oxygen analyser monitors the quality of the nitrogen produced in real time.
