Semi-automatic rinsing and blowing machine 2 and 4 injectors

An integrated solution to rinse and sanitize jars and bottles before filling.

This machine is suitable for the internal cleaning of bottles with filtered air or water and disinfectant product.

The machine is entirely made of stainless steel. It is available in the version with 2 or 4 injectors.

We can equip the machine with different configurations:

4 nozzles, 2 for rinsing and 2 for blowing

2 nozzles, 1 for rinsing and the other for blowing.

The machine is equipped with an air group consisting of 3 elements:

- pressure regulator complete with 5 µm filter unit: This unit allows you to adjust the pressure of the air sent to the injectors (regulation from 0 to 10 bar, suggested 4-6 atm)

- filter element (roughing) with porosity of 0.3 µm: protects the regulator from any traces of oil or condensate that may be present in the air supplied by the compressor

- filter element (extra fine) through a 0.01 µm cartridge

The machine is equipped with a tray to be filled with water and possibly with a sanitizing product. The solution will be pumped and sent under pressure to the bottles through the nozzles.
