AUTOMATIC LINEAR LABELLER (cylindrical and slightly conical formats - 1500 bottles/hour)

The automatic linear self-adhesive labelling machine is designed to apply labels, back labels and neck bands to cylindrical containers, ensuring precision and quality thanks to the three-roller in-line packaging system. The universal format changeover allows diameters from 55 to 115 mm to be processed without the need for dedicated equipment, making the machine extremely versatile and convenient for production with variable formats. The compact structure on wheels, CE safety guards and motorisation with encoder ensure stability, safety and operational continuity.

The machine can be configured with one or more labelling stations, up to a maximum of three, to handle labels, back labels and neck collars. The integrated software allows up to 19 programmes to be stored, simplifying process changeovers. It is possible to integrate notch detection on the bottom, batch and date markers, as well as thermal or roller cap sealing systems. With a productivity of up to 1,500 bottles/hour and a labelling tolerance of ±1.5 mm, it is an ideal solution for companies that require precision, flexibility and professional technical support, even remotely.
