AUTOMATIC LINEAR LABELLER (cylindrical, conical, shaped and special formats - 1300 bottles/hour)

The labeling machine is designed to ensure maximum precision, versatility, and speed in packaging processes. The labeling system uses a rotating plate with pneumatic neck locking, allowing numerous container formats to be processed with the same equipment and with reduced format changeover costs. Encoder-controlled motors ensure extremely smooth label application, with a maximum tolerance of ±1.5 mm. The management software, accessible via display, allows up to 20 different programs to be stored, facilitating work on variable production lines.

The machine complies with EC regulations and is equipped as standard with a label station, self-centering plate, transport star wheel, capsule distributor, and double pneumatic head for smoothing. Up to four stations can be installed to apply labels, backs, sparkling wine collars, horizontal stamps, or vertical DOCG bands. The container can be oriented using optical sensors on the capsule, references on the glass, or by searching for the mark on the bottom. A batch marker and other customization options are also available.

With a production capacity of up to 1,300 bottles/hour, 170 mm paper passage, 380V power supply, and 2 kW consumption, the machine offers high performance in a compact size (310×140×210 cm) and is mounted on wheels for easy handling. The technical-commercial department and after-sales service support the customer in the choice of materials and start-up phases, including through dedicated tests and remote assistance.
