Constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel frame and product holding tank, with Touch Screen control panel. Upper lid that can only be opened halfway with loading lid with mixing blade in motion, ensuring operator safety. Agitator motor mounted above lid in fixed half, has the task of mixing the various ingredients. Fixed mixing paddle, with possibility of moving paddles.
