Automatic sealing machine with an hourly output of 6000 single doses, suppositories or ova.
Sealing is performed by impulse and pressure heating with temperature stabilisation of the sealing jaws by means of two high-flow fans. The sealing temperature is adjustable. The machine trims the upper edge of the alveoli and imprints the coding by means of an embossing clicker. The cut is programmable in strips from 1 to 10 single doses, suppositories or ovules. All production parameters are fully programmable via the touch screen and all functions are designed in accordance with GMP standards.
Changing production from single-dose to suppositories is quick and easy.
