The press consists of a base to which the entire structure of the machine is anchored, a bottle holder tray, a cylinder with a capacity of approx. 100 ml or 250 ml with its piston and an oleodynamic system for filtering the substances operated by a lever with a pressure gauge.
All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel and can be easily disassembled and sanitised.
Spare filters are available for the cylinder.
The machine has simple and rapid operation thanks to the hydraulic system operated by a lever supplied with the machine. Through the pressure gauge, the usual pressure can be maintained.
An oven for heating and activating the active ingredient is available as an accessory. It is equipped with a temperature controller for setting the temperature and a pocket with a lid for inserting the product.
