Chemical hood

Chemical fume hood designed for safe handling of liquid chemical products, ideal wherever flexible and non-permanent installation is required.
This mobile solution eliminates installation costs and reduces operating expenses while ensuring effective protection for both operator and environment against toxic fumes.

Built for high energy efficiency (less than 200 kWh/year based on 2100 working hours), it features a steel structure (15/10 thickness) coated with white epoxy (RAL 9010) and blue accents.

The work surface is available in HPL (melamine) or tempered glass and can include a removable spill containment tray (optional). Transparent PMMA panels on all four sides provide excellent visibility and user comfort.

Equipped with ergonomic handling openings or trapezoidal access, it includes 4 protected ports for external connections (power cables, water, gas), an air velocity meter, and a sampling port for reactive tube measurements.

The recirculating air filtration system (Class 2) with activated carbon filter (NFX 15-211 standard) ensures high safety performance. The low-noise motor (57 dB(A)) enhances working comfort.
