A professional self-dosing machine suitable for dosing food products such as energy drinks, chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, filtered with a liquid or semi-dense aspect, capable of meeting multiple requirements in terms of container capacity, filling speed, filling level accuracy, type of containers used. The minimum capacity is 8 millilitres, while the maximum capacity has only a limit in the size of the container to be used compatible with the size of the machine. It is possible to fill bottles in glass, aluminium, PET, flexible containers.

SIMPLICITY: filling is quick and completely automatic: the operator only has to select the container to be filled and start the machine, deciding whether to carry out several filling cycles or just one. The setting of the various formats to be filled is done in a few seconds by means of the NEW function: the operator decides the filling speed for each individual format, with the possibility of setting a double speed if deemed appropriate. Moreover, it is always possible to modify the set parameters by making minimal increases or reductions in the quantity dispensed (± 1ml).

Description
OPERATION: the filling machine is equipped with a gear metering pump made entirely of stainless steel, controlled by an electronic speed variator, and a control PLC with dedicated software. Via the multi-coloured touch screen it is possible to access all the functions and settings of the machine, displaying the various formulas set, the parameters that can be modified and the new storage function. The pump used is self-priming and simply connects to the product storage tank to start filling.
OTHER ADVANTAGES: AUTOMATIC operation with setting of only the pause time between one cycle and the next; machine start-up with remote push-button panel; luminous warning start of filling to avoid lack of container or unwanted start-ups; structure completely in AISI 304 stainless steel; bottle support surface adjustable in height; bottle centring device; valve for total discharge of the product inside the circuit; no need for metric approval.
DOSYPACK FILLING: the machine can be supplied in the version for filling and capping flexible containers type Dosypack. The bag installation is manual; the filling is automatic with the dosage as indicated above; the capping of the bags is done with the special pneumatic capper. The operator manages the two filling and capping phases by means of the special lever.
