The automatic dosing machine for liquids and semi-solids is equipped with a gear-driven dosing pump made entirely of stainless steel, designed to ensure reliability, precision and durability. The system is controlled by a PLC with dedicated software and an electronic variable-speed drive, which allows for complete control of the filling process.

Thanks to the multi-colour touch screen display, the operator can easily access all the machine’s functions, view stored recipes, modify dosing parameters and set new cycles using the self-learning function. The self-priming pump allows for a quick start-up: simply connect the machine to the product tank to begin automatic filling immediately.

Fully automatic operation allows the cycle to be managed simply by setting the pause time between fills, whilst start-up can also be initiated via a remote control panel. A light signal system indicates the start of the cycle, enhancing safety and preventing operational errors such as the absence of a container.
