Linear Pressure Filling Machines for Liquids (including high-viscosity liquids)

Linear pressure filling machines are designed for the filling of any type of liquid, including high-viscosity products. The filling process is carried out using a constant-level volumetric pump, which ensures precision, consistency and reliability in every cycle.

The machine allows direct filling of glass and PET bottles thanks to a tilting support system, making it suitable for both free-flowing and viscous liquids. It is equipped with an automatic bypass system that manages excess pressure at the end of the bottle filling cycle, ensuring safe and efficient operation. The dispenser has a diameter of 16 mm and achieves a maximum capacity of approximately 180 litres per hour, using water as a reference.

The system also includes automatic recovery of liquid into a tank, helping to reduce waste and keep the work area clean. All fittings are made of stainless steel, ensuring high hygiene standards and long-lasting durability. The machine is supplied with a complete set of shims that allow the fill level to be adjusted with precision.

The filling machines are available in various configurations with 3, 4 or 6 dispensing nozzles, featuring a simple frame and one or two stainless steel tanks depending on the model. This type of machine is fully customisable to best suit the customer’s specific production requirements.
