Automatic capsule orientator capable of quickly orientating 150 or 300 capsules at a time. This machine is ideal for use in combination with one or more semi-automatic capsule orienters. 

The ports in contact with the product can be easily inspected and removed for easy cleaning. 

The machine can process sizes 000 to 5. 

On the basis of the machine's mechanics, an automatic line for separating the capsules was realised and is available on request.

The operator can dedicate himself to opening and filling the capsules on the encapsulator without wasting time on orientation.

It finds its main use in research and development laboratories and in pharmaceutical, phytotherapeutic and herbalist companies with medium production rates.

The parts in contact with the product are made of MOCA-approved materials.

They are also easily inspected and removed for daily cleaning.
