Semi-automatic capsule filling machine for the simultaneous preparation of 300 capsules. Normally combined with orientators, the machine is available for all formats of hard gelatine capsules from 000 to 5 and, with special accessories, also for DB Caps formats.

The machine is equipped with a vibrating plate with adjustable intensity and a powder compression unit that facilitate the uniform distribution of powders inside the capsules. 

Cleaning operations are quick and easy and the accessories in contact with the powders move easily, facilitating operators' daily maintenance.

Suitable for galenical laboratories, the semi-automatic capsule filling machine is used for the simultaneous preparation of capsules easily and quickly.

The operculator is a compact machine with small dimensions, built in stainless steel for the parts in contact with the product.
