The constant-volume piston-type filling and dosing machine is a professional solution designed for the precise filling of liquids, including those with high viscosity. Available in a benchtop version with 1 or 2 dispensers, this filling machine easily adapts to different production requirements. The single-station version features electro-pneumatic operation with a 230V 50Hz electric control, whilst the dual-station version is fully pneumatic. A compressor is available on request, offering a flexible configuration to suit operational requirements.

Place the container or receptacle under the spout and press the plunger control to start a filling cycle. During a filling cycle, the dispenser fills the container and automatically refills the plunger for the next cycle.
It is possible to set the automatic mode using control lever no. 4. In this mode the machine, once one filling cycle is complete, immediately starts the next one, to allow the operator to replace the receptacles without pressing the start command again for each cycle.
Once use is over, make sure to empty the machine; to do this, simply carry out two cycles with the suction hose removed from the product suction tank (empty hose).
