AUTOMATIC LINEAR LABELLER (cylindrical formats - 4000 bottles/hour)

The automatic linear labelling machine is designed to apply self-adhesive labels to cylindrical containers with maximum precision, thanks to the new opposing roller labelling system, a patented system that allows high speeds to be achieved while maintaining the same quality as vacuum labelling machines. The machine is equipped with one labelling station and is designed for the installation of a second station dedicated to back labelling, with separate reel management. Electronic orientation systems can be integrated to align the container using spots on the cap or references on the glass, making the process extremely accurate even on premium products.

The machine processes containers with diameters from 55 to 120 mm and heights up to 350 mm, reaching a maximum productivity of 4000 bottles/hour with a labelling tolerance of ±1.5 mm. The rare earth motorisation ensures smoothness and stability, while the compact structure on wheels facilitates integration into any line. The labelling machine is also suitable for containers with low mechanical resistance, such as PET, maintaining a clean and uniform application.

On request, packaging tests can be carried out with customer samples, which can be viewed via video or directly on site.
